Indian River County, Florida, to final judgment. <br />sa <br />The following Notary Public Bonds were approved by Douglas Baker, Clerk in the <br />amount of $500.00 each as required by law: <br />H. D. Booth w/ American Surety Co. of New York as surety. <br />Victoria Cato w/ American Fire & Casualty Company as surety. <br />Susan Boardman w/ American Surety Co. of N. Y. as surety. <br />Mildred L. Locke w/ American Surety Co. of N. Y. as surety. €' <br />The several bills and accounts against the County, having been audited, were exam- <br />ined and found correct, were approved and warrants issued in settlement of same. Such bills <br />and accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, the warrants so <br />issued from the respective funds being listed in the Supplemental Minute Book as provided by <br />the rules of the State Auditor, reference to such record and the list so recorded being made <br />a part of these minutes. <br />The County depositories filed their monthly statement, showing receipts and disburse -!I <br />ments of the various funds, which have been audited, were found to be correct. <br />There being no further business on motion made, seconded and carried, the Board <br />then adjourned. <br />y� <br />C IRMAN <br />TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 1958 <br />A special meeting of the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County was <br />held at the Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida at 9:00 o'clock A. M. Tuesday, February 18, 1958. <br />Present were Donald Macdonald, Robert Graves; D. B. McCullers, Jr., and J. J. P. Hai.ilton. <br />Absent was W. C. Graves, Jr. Also present were Sherman N. Smith, Jr., Attorney; Ed Schmucker, <br />Road & Bridge Superintendent and Katherine Morrison, Secretary. <br />The Chairman announced a quorum was present and call the meeting to order. He then <br />asked if there were any present who wished to bring something before the meeting. <br />Mr. Hultman living in Rockridge Subdivision stated he was having a drainage problem <br />and trouble with his neighbors over a swale ditch. He was informed that the County only ente <br />into drainage problems when the water was damaging County roads. Sherman was asked to contact <br />John Gould, the Prosecuting Attorney and see if there was something he could do for the <br />Hultman's. <br />The Commissioners then examined the aerial photographs on which the State had marked ;i <br />the old and formerly proposed route for U. S. #1 and the newly proposed route in the Wabasso- <br />Winter Beach area.
