Inc_ <br /> In accordance with Contract No , 0725 2007-2009 <br /> This Work Order No . 6 is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated November 6`I ' , 2007 , <br /> renewed October 6 , 2009 , between Morgan and Eklund , Inc . ( SURVEYOR ) and Indian River County <br /> ( COUNTY) . This Work Order No . 6 amends the Agreement as follows : <br /> SECTION I - PROJECT LIMITS <br /> This Work Order No. 6 is for the SURVEYOR to perform Surveying and Mapping Services necessary <br /> to provide legal descriptions and sketches of approximately 176 parcels needed for temporary <br /> construction easements within the Sector 3 Beach Restoration Project area ( FDEP Reference <br /> Monuments R - 20 to 113 -551 6 , 6 miles ) <br /> SECTION II - SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> As agreed upon between Morgan and Eklund , Inc . and Indian River County , the SURVEYOR shall <br /> provide Professional land Surveying services ( Services) as follows : <br /> Legal descriptions of sketches will be provided in AutoCAD format for the 176 parcels adjoining the <br /> Sector 3 Erosion Control Line . The complete proposal for the above Services can be seen in Exhibit <br /> A to this Work Order . <br /> SECTION III - TIME FOR COMPLETION & DELIVERABLESIWORK PRODUCT <br /> 1 . Completion and Deliverables <br /> a . "Services" project completion shall be within 30 calendar days of Notice to Proceed <br /> b . Following completion of the " Services" ; Time for Completion and Deliverables shall be <br /> within 30 calendar days . <br /> c . Prepare maps , documents and supporting files in a way that the COUNTY or other <br /> consultants can readily use it for the design and analysis of the area , as defined It is <br /> acknowledged all final products become property of Indian River COUNTY and will be <br /> available for use by the public at large . <br /> d .
