E. Tape coverage shall include all surface features located within the <br />zone of influence of construction supported by appropriate audio <br />coverage. Such coverage shall include, but not be limited to, <br />existing driveways, sidewalks, curbs, pavements, ditches, <br />mailboxes, landscaping, culverts, fences, signs, and headwalls <br />within the area covered. <br />F. When conventional wheeled vehicles are used, the distance from <br />the camera lens to the ground shall not be more than twelve (12) <br />feet. In some instances, audio -video tape coverage may be <br />required in areas not accessible by conventional wheeled <br />vehicles.
