1.05 ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />Should Engineer be required to provide representation at the site for the <br />administration of the Contract for Construction, more than thirty days after the <br />specified Date of Substantial Completion of the work, Contractor will compensate <br />Engineer for such additional services. <br />1.06 CONTRACTOR'S CLOSEOUT SUBMITTALS TO ENGINEER <br />A. Evidence of compliance with requirements of governing authorities: <br />Certificate of Occupancy <br />B. Project Record Documents: To requirements of Section 01720 <br />C. Operating and Maintenance Data: Instructions to Owner's personnel <br />conforming to requirements of Section 01730 <br />D. Warranties and Bonds: To requirements of Section 01740; also, see <br />Item H below <br />E. Spare Parts and Maintenance Materials: To requirements of each <br />specification section <br />F. Evidence of Payment and Release of Liens: To requirements of General <br />and Supplementary Conditions <br />G. Certificate of Insurance for Products and Completed Operations <br />H. One (1) Year Maintenance Bond <br />Certificate of Operation from equipment manufacturers <br />1.07 FINAL ADJUSTMENT OF ACCOUNTS <br />A. <br />Submit a final statement of accounting <br />to <br />Engineer <br />B. <br />Statement shall reflect all adjustments <br />to <br />the Contract Sum: <br />1. The original Contract Sum <br />2. Additions and deductions resulting from: <br />a. Previous change orders <br />b. Allowances <br />C. Unit prices <br />d. Deductions for uncorrected work <br />e. Deductions for liquidated damages <br />f. Deductions for re -inspection payments <br />g.
