SECTION 01740 <br />WARRANTIES AND BONDS <br />PART -- GENERAL <br />1.01 REQUIREMENTS INCLUDED <br />A. Compile specified warranties and bonds. <br />B. Compile specified service and maintenance contracts. <br />C. Co -execute submittal when so specified. <br />D. Review submittals to verify compliance with Contract Documents <br />E. Submit to Engineer for review and transmittal to Owner <br />1.02 RELATED REQUIREMENTS <br />A. In other parts of the Contract Documents: <br />1. Instructional to Bidders: Bid or Proposal Bonds <br />2. General Conditions of Contract: <br />a. Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond <br />b. General Warranty of Construction. <br />B. Specified in other sections <br />1. Section 01700: Contract Closeout <br />2. Each respective section of Specifications shall have Warranties <br />and Bonds required for specific products. <br />3. Provisions of Warranties and Bonds, Duration: The respective <br />section of specification which specifies the product. <br />1.03 SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Assemble warranties, bonds and service and maintenance contracts, <br />executed by each of the respective manufacturers, suppliers and <br />subcontractors. <br />B. Number of original signed copies requires: Two each. <br />C. Table of Contents: Neatly typed, in orderly sequence. Provide complete <br />information for each item. <br />1. Product or work item <br />2. Firm, with name of principal, address, and telephone number. <br />3. Scope. <br />4. Date of beginning of warranty, bond or service and maintenance <br />contract. <br />5.
