Written/computed dimensions shall govern over scaled dimensions. <br />SC -4.05 Reference Points <br />SC -4.05 Add the following new paragraphs immediately after GC -4.05.A: <br />B. Contractor is responsible for measuring and recording existing Swale elevations <br />at 100' intervals prior to construction. Existing Swale elevations shall be <br />maintained throughout construction. Contractor is also responsible for <br />preservation and/or replacement of any and all existing permanent survey <br />monumentation affected by construction. <br />C. ENGINEER may check the lines, elevations, reference marks, batter boards, <br />etc., set by CONTRACTORS, and CONTRACTOR shall correct any errors <br />disclosed by such a check. Such a check shall not be considered as approval of <br />CONTRACTOR'S work and shall no relieve CONTRACTOR of the responsibility <br />for accurate construction of the entire work. CONTRACTOR shall furnish <br />personnel to assist ENGINEER in checking lines and grades. <br />SC -4.06 Hazardous Environmental Condition at Site <br />SC -4.06 G. Delete paragraph GC -4.06 G. <br />SC -5.01 Performance, Payment and Other Bonds <br />SC -5.01.A. Delete paragraph GC -5.01.A in its entirety and insert the following paragraphs <br />in its place: <br />A. Within ten (10) days of receipt of the Contract Documents for execution, the <br />CONTRACTOR shall furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of <br />the Contract Price and a Payment Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract <br />Price. <br />The CONTRACTOR shall provide two separate bonds.
