( SURVEYOR ) and Indian River County <br /> ( COUNTY ) . <br /> SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS : <br /> Professional Surveying Service will be performed within a Part of Section 36 , Township 33 <br /> South , Range 38 East , Indian River County , Florida at the Indian River County Solid Waste <br /> Disposal District Landfill Facility , site address of 1375 74th Avenue . <br /> SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES : <br /> This Work Order No . 2 ( Utilities 2009 ) is for providing all Professional Survey services related to <br /> the location , establishment and preparation of a Florida Power and Light Utility easement : <br /> Field and Office Tasks : <br /> 1 . ) Coordinate with Indian River County Utilities Department , Summit Construction and Camp <br /> Dresser and McKee ( CDM ) on proposed underground utilities layout ; <br /> 2 . ) Recover ,` reconnoiter and verify local property corners and right-of-way for 74th Avenue ; <br /> locate existing lift station and existing over head utility pole for proposed utilities alignment ; <br /> 3 . ) Coordinate with and meet with Dennis Pagano of Florida Power and Light ( FP & L ) onsite for <br /> new pole locations and layout ; <br /> 4 . ) Review and utilize digital plans and North American Datum of 1983/Adjustment of 1999 , <br /> Florida State Plane Coordinates ( East Zone -901 ) provided by Indian River County for proposed <br /> easement alignment , location and preparation of sketch and description ; <br /> 5 . ) Complete and furnish the FP & L application for easement and provide sketch and <br /> description of new proposed utility installation to Indian River County for recording ; <br /> 6 . ) Layout/stake pole locations for Summit Construction , if necessary . <br /> SECTION III — TIME FOR COMPLETION : <br /> All tasks outlined shall be completed , in its entirety within 30 working days of notice to <br /> proceed . ( The County shall be notified upon completion of tasks and /or of any delay beyond <br /> specified periods ) . <br />
