Choice of Law : <br /> This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. <br /> 21 , St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD) : <br /> The County and the District shall support Calpine in obtaining the permits <br /> and approvals needed from the SJRVWMD to satisfy the terms of this Agreement, including the <br /> conditions for site certification from the SJRV;NM for BHEC . <br /> 22 , Dispute Resolution : <br /> In the event a dispute arises between any of the Parties regarding any alleged <br /> breach or default under, or the application or interpretation of any provision of, this Agreement, the <br /> aggrieved Party shall promptly notify the other Party(ies) to this Contract of the dispute within thirty <br /> (30) days after such dispute arises and the Parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute . <br /> If the Parties shall have failed to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days after receipt of such <br /> notice, each Party shall appoint a representative who shall have full authority to negotiate a <br /> settlement, which settlement shall be subject to the approval of the respective Party' s board.
