INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br /> 16" STREET BRIDGE OVER IRFWCD RANGE LINE CANAL (at 74th Avenue) <br /> IRC Project number 9920-B <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO WORK ORDER NO. 6 TO THE PROFESSIONAL BRIDGE <br /> DESIGN SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN BRIDGE DESIGN ASSOCIATES , INC. <br /> AND INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br /> This is an amendment to Work Order No . 6 to the existing Bridge Design Services Agreement <br /> (AGREEMENT) for Annual Bridge Design services , dated September 4 , 2007 , between Bridge <br /> Design Associates , Inc . (ENGINEER) and Indian River County (COUNTY) . <br /> Amendment Description <br /> This Amendment includes the following : <br /> The ENGINEER performed the necessary engineering services due to site conditions ; GRL <br /> Engineers , Inc . ( a sub - consultant) made two site visits to perform their work for dynamic pile <br /> testing . As such their expenses exceeded the amount originally anticipated . <br /> "SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS AND DESCRIPTION <br /> 16th Street Bridge over the Indian River Farms Water Control District Range Line Canal . <br /> " SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES " is being modified to incorporate additional dynamic <br /> pile testing . <br /> "SECTION IV — COMPENSATION " is being modified to incorporate the following : <br /> The COUNTY agrees to pay and the ENGINEER agrees to accept for services rendered <br /> pursuant to this Agreement fees inclusive of expenses in accordance with the following : <br /> Additional dynamic pile testing $ 250 . 00 <br /> TOTAL Amendment No. 1 $250.00 <br /> The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth here in .
