Administrative Supplies <br />TOTAL <br />TRANSFERS <br />To From <br />$1,500.00 <br />115.00 <br />$1,000.00 <br />615.00 <br />$1,615.00 $19615.00 <br />Audit Report #4766 on the audit of the accounts and records of the Florida Inland <br />Navigation District for the fiscal year ended December 31, 1957, was presented to the Board <br />and upon motion, made by Commissioner W. C. Graves, Jr., seconded by Commissioner Hamilton <br />and carried, ordered filed as a part of the public records pursuant to Section 21.121 (3), <br />Florida Sta Lutes. <br />Upon Motion made by Commissioner Hamilton, seconded by Commissioner W. C. Graves, <br />Jr., and unanimously carried, the name of the South Winter Beach Road was changed to the <br />Fred McEwen Road. <br />Sherman N. Smith, Jr. stated that Mr. Max Gerstel's-property on 16th Street, that <br />the fence and some of the shrubs and trees would have to be moved and that he had an estimate <br />of the costs from the appraisers. That Mr. Gerstel had agreed to take the amount extimated <br />for the shrubs and trees, etc. but wanted about twice the amount for the fence. Upon Motion <br />made by Commissioner W. C. Graves, Jr., seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously <br />carried, the Board agreed to give Mr. Gerstel the appraised amount for everything but the <br />fence, and further agreed that the -County would move the fence and put it back up for him. <br />The County Engineer stated that Dixie Gardens Subdivision were going to pave their <br />own streets and that he would inspect the work but they were going to have a 1" asphalt <br />topping instead of a lk" asphalt topping if this was O.K. by the Commissioners. Upon Motion <br />made by Commissioner W. C. Graves, Jr., seconded by Commissioner McCullers and carried, the <br />Board OK'ed this topping if it was alright with the Engineer. <br />Upon Motion made by Commissioner W. C. Graves, Jr., seconded by Commissioner Mc - <br />Cullers and unanimously carried, the following Resolution was adopted: <br />R E S O L U T I O N -- Compensation Supervisor of <br />---------- Registration <br />WHEREAS, the laws of the State of Florida provide that the compensation of the <br />Supervisor of Registration shall be of such sum in proportion to the amount of work to be <br />done and allowed by the Board of County Commissioner, NOW, THEREFORE: <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, <br />that the annual compensation of the Supervisor of Registration of Indian River County, Florida <br />is herwtih fixed at the sum of $2700.00 to be paid in equal monthly installments, effective <br />October 1, 1958 and continuing thereafter until changed by Resolution of this Board. <br />_1- <br />%I <br />
