(ENGINEER) and Indian River County <br />(COUNTY). <br />This Work Order Number 9 amends the agreement as follows: <br />SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br />Old Dixie Highway Bridge over South Relief Canal <br />SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />This Work Order No. 9 is for providing Construction Phase Service (Construction Engineering <br />and Inspection) for the above mentioned project. <br />SECTION III = TIME FOR COMPLETION <br />During Bidding and Construction Phases. <br />SECTION IV — COMPENSATION <br />The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the ENGINEER agrees to accept, a fee for services <br />rendered according to the "Scope of Services" identified in Section II and III of this Work <br />Order Number 9, Hourly Not To Exceed $32,616.05. <br />CADocuments and Settings\Administrator\Desktop\BCC_Bridge_Design_Work_Order_#9_06-30-08.doc <br />
