The design was per the County's requirements. Work includes providing signed and sealed drawings for permitting, installing concrete footings, posts, decking and sealants. Canopy is to be 100 lineal feet long and 23 feet wide. Funding for this work is from the Project Budget and specifically the Contractor's Contingency. TOTAL $78,925.00 Acceptance of this change order will not change the Guaranteed Maximum Price but the Contractors Contingency will be reduced.by $78,925.00.
