Item #12 - Gasoline and Diesel Fuel <br />Standard Oil Co. <br />Orange State Oil Co. <br />Texas Company <br />Gulf Oil Corporation <br />Sinclair Oil Co. <br />All prices were standard but Sinclair had the largest discount on both gasoline and <br />diesel fuel, therefore, upon motion by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner W. C. <br />Graves, Jr. and carried, the low bid by Sinclair Oil Company was accepted. <br />The Attorney stated that Julius Barker was reques ting a cattle culvert and drainage <br />culvert under Glendale in return for right of way. The Commissioners were of the opinion that <br />the cattle culvert should serve both purposes and asked the Engineer to look into the matter. <br />The Commissioner requested the Engineer study the establishment of rights of ways <br />going West as the new Interstate Highway as now proposed will cut this County in half. <br />The Engineer presented a map with future planning for rights of ways and set back <br />lines. Upon motion made by Commissioner W. C. Graves, Jr., seconded by Commissioner Hamilton <br />and carried, tentative approval was given said map and stated it should be further approved <br />by the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br />Mrs. Anne Christensen, County Welfare Case Worker gave her report for the month <br />of July and said report was ordered filed by the Clerk. <br />The following Deputy Sheriff Bonds were approved upon motion by Robert Graves, <br />seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried: <br />Henry Ortkiese <br />Carl E. Pease <br />Parkway Hotel Prec. #5 <br />Vero Beach Prec . #4 <br />The following Notary Public Bonds in the amount of $500.00 each were approved by <br />Douglas Baker, Clerk as authorized by law: <br />Ethel B. Guy w/ St. Paul Fire & Casualty Co. as surety. <br />Ella M. Shale w/ American Surety Co. of N. Y. as surety. <br />Lavinia Wilson w/ American Surety Co. of N. Y. as surety. <br />R. S. Swing w/ American Surety Co. of N. Y. as surety. <br />John B. Gould w/ American Surety Co. of N.
