Based on our conversation last week (discussing the future expansion of the Indian River <br /> County Solid Waste Disposal District Landfill) and the email received defining the requested tasks , the <br /> following is our understanding of the services requested and the associated costs . <br /> Task 100 <br /> 100-A) Perform and prepare a Boundary survey of the Indian River County Solid Waste Disposal <br /> District Landfill site (being portions of Section 25 and 36 , Township 33 South, Range 38 East) based on <br /> legal descriptions, title commitment and surveys provided by C . D . M. , Inc . Total site acreage <br /> is <br /> approximately 640 acres . <br /> 100-A . 1) Carter Associates, Inc . will reconnoiter, retrace and/or reestablish Indian River <br /> County Solid Waste Disposal District Landfill boundaries based on provided data (above). <br /> Boundaries will be displayed in the most current state plane coordinate system, Florida East Zone <br /> (901 ), relative to the North American Datum of 1983 , Adjustment of 1999 . All boundary <br /> monumentation will be recovered or re-established utilizing the Global Positioning System (GPS) <br /> and/or conventional survey methods (i .e . total station) where necessary. The boundary survey will <br /> meet the Minimum Technical Standards set forth by the Board of Professional Surveyors and <br /> Mappers, pursuant to Section 472 . 027, Florida Statutes and Chapter 61G17, Florida <br /> Administrative Code . <br /> $ 8 ,940 . 00 <br /> 100-A , 2) Carter Associates , Inc . will generate a new legal description for the entire Indian <br /> River County Solid Waste Disposal District Landfill site based entirely on the new boundary <br /> survey.
