In these areas, I will review line and make minimal adjustments. In Tract 7 West, I will <br /> flag previously unflagged line . Please be advised that Jim delineated wetlands in middle of 100-year <br /> drought. If major modifications are required, major time modifications may be required . <br /> In all tracts we will perform gopher tortoise survey, general T& E animal and plant survey, and <br /> prepare map with GPS coordinates of all burrows , etc . <br /> PROPOSAL 2003-5: <br /> Details expenses for ecological survey of 43 -acre mitigation site and flagging of 4400 feet of <br /> wetlands line. <br /> PROPOSAL 2003-6 : <br /> Details expenses formeetingwith FDEP, estimated at2 days, to reviewsite and wetlands lines . <br /> do not think ACOE will have jurisdiction over the wetlands on site due to recent SWANK ruling, <br /> Please be advised that wetlands flagging does not include = 1 mile of ditches (C4 and C5 canals) , <br /> which I assume will be bank to bank jurisdiction and can be surveyed . <br /> E):\ DaWNcdm proposal cover letter.wpd <br />
