All provisions of the original Professional Engineering Se -vices <br />Agreement (dated November 17, 1998), including Amendment Nos. I through 6, shall remain in full force <br />and effect, unless otherwise specifically modified herein. A man-hour fee estimate is attached as Exhibit "A" <br />for your use. The following describes our proposed scope of services and terms of agreement between Cart <br />Associates, Inc. (CAI) and Indian River County (COUNTY); er <br />Right-of-wav AG nment Study <br />CAI will provide a certified letter addressing the design criteria utilized to select the proposed roadway <br />alignment to assist and support the County in their efforts through negotiation or condemnation to acquire the <br />necessary right-of-way. The report will include the following criteria: safety considerations, cost, alternate <br />alignments, long range transportation plan, and environmental concerns. The report will describe the options <br />that were considered during the design development and the existing physical constraints that dictated the <br />selected alignment. <br />_Compensation: <br />Amendment No. 7 fees will be invoiced on a percent complete lump sum basis.
