0� 080 $ <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 8 TO THE PROFESSIONAL <br /> ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> 66TH AVENUE PAVING AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS <br /> BETWEEN SR 60 AND 4TH STREET <br /> IRC PROJECT NO. 9810 <br /> THIS is an amendment to the existing AGREEMENT dated NOVEMBER 17, 1998, including <br /> AMENDMENTS NUMBER 1 through 7, between CARTER ASSOCIATES , INC. (ENGINEER) and <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY (COUNTY). The proposed scope of work includes revising the construction <br /> plans to match the Arcadis design plans for 66th Avenue south of SR 60 and Indian River County design <br /> plans west on 16th Street, removing the 8-foot sidewalk along 66th Avenue and adding the master-planned <br /> water main on 66th Avenue from l6th Street to SR 60 . All provisions of the original Professional Engineering <br /> Services Agreement including Amendment Nos. 1 through 7 shall remain in full force and effect, unless <br /> otherwise specifically modified. This amendment addresses changes in "TIME OF COMPLETION" of the <br /> AGREEMENT. <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> See attached letter from Carter Associates, Inc . dated March 14, 2008, which specifies changes in the <br /> "SCOPE OF SERVICES" and "COMPENSATION ." <br /> COMPENSATION <br /> This section of the AGREEMENT entitled SECTION V - COMPENSATION shall be revised in <br /> response to the Scope modifications set out herein.
