Professional services to be provided under this supplement <br />are as follows: <br />• Revise the Utility Plan to add a fire hydrant and call -out connection to the converted 16" water <br />main. <br />• Modify water supply system permit with the FDEP. <br />• Modify utility construction permit with the IRCDUS. <br />Compensation: <br />Supplemental No. 2 fees will be invoiced on a percent complete lump sum basis.
