1 153 of said purposes as may be determin,#ed by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida# It shall be the duty of the Board of County Commissioners of Indian Rlrer, County, Florida, to assess and levy annually a tag on all the taxable property within said county, which shall hot exceed sixteen mills on the dollar of valuation, for the purpose of obtaining interest and raising a sinking fund for the payment of the time warrents provided for herein, which tax shall, be levied, assessed and collected in the same manner as other taxes, and it is hereby made the duty of the said Board of County Commissioners to levy such special tax annually at the same time other taxes are levied, so long as any of the warrants hereby authorized to be issued may be outstanding and unpaid.* Whereupon the roll was called upon the adoption of the said resolution and resulted as follows: Ayes: Geo.
