The Survey shall delineate the Boundary lines as per deed of record (supplied <br /> by County) , locate all above ground and apparent underground improvements on site and immediately <br /> adjoining along 66th Ave . and 49"' Street (by above ground markers) . Underground improvements that are not <br /> readily visible or obvious are not included in these tasks . No trees or detail agriculture areas to be located or <br /> recorded (except citrus furrows and / or rows of citrus within the proposed Right of Way expansion . <br /> Depict all existing and proposed Right of Way as per Indian River Farms Company S/D , deeds , preliminary <br /> Right of Way maps and Sketch of Description by "Arcadis" (supplied by I . R . Co . ) . Depict parcel identification as <br /> per Right of Way map and Sketch of Description . <br /> Insert of the proposed Right of Way expansion of 66th Avenue to the subject parcel . <br /> Specific instructions: Property access approval will be obtained prior to performing the work . A letter will be <br /> mailed to the owner advising he or she of a boundary survey will be performed by our firm on behalf of Indian <br /> River County . <br /> Specific Notes : <br /> a) All horizontal control shall be mapped in ( 1983 NAD , National Adjusted Datum 1999 <br /> adjusted ) , Florida East Zone State Plane Grid Network . <br /> b) Proposal does not include any public records searches for ownerships and/or right of <br /> way takings . <br /> COMPLETION & DELIVERABLES/WORK PRODUCT . <br /> 1 . Project shall be completed within thirty (30) business days from Notice to Proceed . <br /> 2 , Deliverables SHALL BE CERTIFIED TO Indian River County and shall include five (5) signed and <br /> sealed 18" x 24" AND (3) reduced 81 /2" x 11 " — " legible" versions (for recording ) , electronic copies in <br /> AutoCAD 2009 and PDF formats . <br /> COMPENSATION . <br /> Payments shall be in accordance with the original Professional Surveying and Mapping/GIS <br /> Services Agreement, Contract No . 0725 with the County . <br /> TOTAL LUMP SUM PRICE . $89500.00 <br /> 2 OF 2 <br />
