IRC Work Order #18 Carter <br /> 66Ave — Right-of-Way Acquisition <br /> Eight BndV Surveys <br /> January 6 , 2009 Agenda <br /> Page 3 of 4 <br /> SECTION IV — COMPENSATION <br /> The COUNTY agrees to pay , and the SURVEYOR agrees to accept, for the above described <br /> services rendered as identified in Sections I , II , and III of this Work Order No . 18 , for a total lump <br /> sum fee of: <br /> Item 1 , Harbourt Parcel = $2 , 800 . 00 <br /> Item 2 & 3, Two Stanbridge Parcels - $4 , 950 . 00 <br /> Item 4 , Bethel Parcel = $2 , 200 . 00 <br /> Items 5 , 6 , 7 , & 8 , Four (4) Brown Parcels = $8 , 500 . 00 <br /> Total Lump Sum = $ 18 , 450 . 00 <br /> All and/or any additional services not described hereon shall be pre-approved by the <br /> COUNTY . Approved additional services shall be invoiced at the rates disclosed in the <br /> approved fee schedule . <br /> All invoicing shall include project identification , Work Order No .
