(SURVEYOR) and Indian River County (COUNTY). This <br />Work Order No. 7 amends the agreement as follows: <br />SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br />This Work Order No. 7 is for the SURVEYOR to perform a Topographic Survey and field staking <br />on a portion of the "26`h Street Roadway Improvements between 74`h Avenue and 82"d Avenue <br />relating to Indian River Estates" being a portion of the Southwest '/4 of the Southeast '/4 of <br />Section 36, Township 32 South, Range 38 East, Owner: Robert H. Cook, Jr., Parcel ID <br />#32383600000700000003.0, having a physical address of 8000 26'h Street, Vero Beach, <br />Florida. <br />SECTION II - SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />As agreed upon between Carter Associates, Inc. and Indian River County, the SURVEYOR <br />shall provide Professional Land Surveying services to complete a sketch and description of a <br />Drainage and Maintenance Easement. Survey shall consist of a topographic survey showing <br />elevations and locations of all existing drainage ditches, structures and improvements within the <br />westerly 75 feet of the subject parcel. Topographic survey to also include the establishment of <br />the west property line of the subject parcel, horizontal and vertical control and cross sections at <br />100 -foot stations. A sketch and description of the proposed drainage and maintenance <br />easement will be prepared based on the topographic survey (existing conditions), roadway and <br />drainage design and county negotiations with the property owner. Underground improvements <br />that are not readily visible or obvious are not included in these tasks. <br />Services <br />also include staking in <br />the field, the <br />entire <br />proposed drainage and <br />maintenance <br />easement <br />as established/designed <br />by the survey <br />efforts <br />and scheduled by County <br />staff. <br />SECTION III — TIME FOR COMPLETION & DELIVERABLES/WORK PRODUCT <br />1. Project shall be completed within thirty (30) business days from Notice to Proceed. <br />2. Deliverables SHALL BE CERTIFIED TO Indian River County Board of County <br />Commissioners and shall include three (3) signed and sealed 24" x 36" AND three (3) <br />reduced 81/2" x 11" — "legible" versions (for recording), electronic copies in AutoCAD <br />2007 and PDF formats. <br />
