Calculate and depict the location of the County owned lands (Parcel ID # <br />33401900000700000002.0) lying north of Oslo Road and adjacent to the Indian River <br />Lagoon by deed to be provided by the County. <br />6. Establish and delineate the approximate location of the northern most riparian line of the <br />calculated County owned lands <br />7. Perform Topographic/Hydrographic survey of the proposed ramp and dock facility area. <br />Project area is approximately 100 feet easterly of the existing shoreline from 50 feet <br />south of the south right-of-way of Oslo Road to 50 feet north of the County owned lands. <br />Topography to include a 25 foot grid, cross sections of the existing shoreline and cross <br />sections of the existing channel, if any. <br />8. Contact DEP to establish the current elevation of the MHW pursuant to Chapter 177, <br />Part II Florida Statues. Delineate the MHWL location on the updated survey and submit <br />to DEP for approval. <br />9. Project management, onsite meetings and coordination with G.K. Environmental, I.R.C., <br />S.J.R.W.M.D. and D.E.P. <br />SECTION III — TIME FOR COMPLETION & DELIVERABLES/WORK PRODUCT <br />1. Project shall be completed within thirty (30) business days from Notice to Proceed. <br />2.
