Topographic ( Route ) Survey of 26th Street (Walker Avenue ) from the south right-of- <br /> way of the Indian River Farms Water Control Districts North Dike and Ditch right-of- <br /> way to 90 feet north of the south line of the southwest one-quarter of Section 36 <br /> ( proposed north right-of-way) and 82nd Avenue right-of-way (width varies ) , <br /> Limits of Survey: 26th Street from approximately 660 feet west of the east line of <br /> Parcel ID # 32383600000500000002 . 0 westerly to 82nd Avenue ( Ranch Road ) , <br /> including the intersection ( approximately 2000 linear feet) ; and 82nd Avenue right-of- <br /> way - 300 feet north and 300 feet south of the intersection with 26th Street <br /> Topographic Survey to include cross sections at 100 foot intervals , all drainage <br /> features , structures and pipes and all above ground visible improvements <br /> SECTION III — TIME FOR COMPLETION & DELIVERABLES/WORK PRODUCT <br /> 1 . Task 1 : Project shall be completed within thirty ( 30 ) business days from Notice to <br /> Proceed . <br /> 2 . Task 2 : Project shall be completed within forty-five ( 45 ) business days from Notice to <br /> Proceed . <br /> 3 . Deliverables SHALL BE CERTIFIED TO Indian River County and shall include three <br /> ( 3 ) signed and sealed 24" x 36 " AND three ( 3 ) reduced 81 /2 " x 11 " — " legible" versions <br /> (for recording ) , electronic copies in AutoCAD 2007 and PDF formats . <br /> 4. Work Product and digital versions are to prepared and submitted so that the COUNTY <br /> or other consultants can readily use it for the design and analysis of the area , as <br /> defined . It shall contain all information necessary for third - party surveyor to <br /> independently recreate and/or utilize the survey work . It is acknowledged all final <br /> products become property of Indian River COUNTY and will be available for use by <br /> the public at large . <br /> 5. The SURVEYOR' S work product shall meet or exceed the minimum standards as <br /> defined by Sections ll , III and IV or the COUNTY will not approve the SURVEYOR' S <br /> request for payment . <br /> SECTION IV — COMPENSATION <br /> Task 1 : <br /> The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the SURVEYOR agrees to accept, for the Task 1 services <br /> rendered as identified in Sections I , II , and III of this Work Order No . 17 , a lump sum <br /> fee of <br /> $ 1 , 700 . 00 . <br /> Task 2 : <br /> The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the SURVEYOR agrees to accept, for the Task 2 services <br /> rendered as identified in Sections I , II , and III of this Work Order No . 17 , a lump sum <br /> fee of <br /> $ 8 , 750 . 00 . <br /> Task 1 and 2 : Lump Sum Total $ 10 , 450 . 00 <br />
