The subject route lying within Part of Section 3 , 4 , 9 and 10 , T . 33 <br /> S . , R . 39 <br /> E . , Indian River County , Florida . <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> The SURVEYOR shall provide the following and adhere to the attached Right of Way Map check list : <br /> 1 . Review and apply approximately 117 property owner title reports including legal descriptions , <br /> encumbrances and all associated documents provided by Indian River County . <br /> 2 . Field survey and office preparation of road right of way map of the subject right of way route for <br /> recording per Chapter 177 and Chapter 472 , Florida Statues and Chapter 61G17 , Florida <br /> Administrative Code and furnished Indian River County Right of Way Map check list. <br /> 3 . Prepare Section and One-Quarter Section certified corner records for submittal to Department of <br /> environmental Protection . <br /> 4 . Prepare and include a survey control sheet of the project field data . <br /> 5 .
