Florida 32960 <br /> Re : Disaster Recovery Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program <br /> Contract # 08DB-D3 - 10-40-01 -A 12 <br /> Dear Chairman Wheeler: <br /> We are pleased to return your executed Disaster Recovery CDBG Award Agreement with the <br /> Department of Community Affairs (DCA). The Agreement must be retained in your official CDBG <br /> files and made available for public review upon request. Please note the following instructions <br /> before beginning your project: <br /> • Do not incur or obligate more than S15,000 in expenses until you complete an <br /> environmental review of the project and receive a release of funds notice from the <br /> Department. You may incur up to $ 15 ,000 in administrative costs to cover the <br /> environmental review and other start-up activities. <br /> • Your contract contains performance related Program Conditions (Attachment C, <br /> Section Il) that must be met before funds for construction may be drawn. Special <br /> Conditions. if applicable, are reflected in Attachment J. Review your contract <br /> immediately and begin the process of meeting applicable program or special conditions . <br /> • Enclosed are copies of the Projection of Contract Payments Form , Quarterly Report <br /> Form and Minority Business Enterprise Report (with instructions). Use these forms to <br /> project quarterly payment needs, to report accomplishment data and to report contractual <br /> activities.
