Eligibility <br /> i . Geographic Area <br /> Rehabilitation grants may be made anywhere in the <br /> County , including all municipalities located within <br /> the County . <br /> ii . Housing Unit Classification <br /> Eligible housing units receiving IRCLHAProgram <br /> Rehabilitation Grants must be owner - occupied <br /> single - family or condominium residences . <br /> Applicant Classification <br /> ( a ) Rehabilitation grants may be awarded to the <br /> following : <br /> 1 . Very Low - Income Eligible Persons <br /> 2 , Low- Income Eligible Persons only when the <br /> rehabilitation grant is a match for <br /> another housing program , such as the CDBG <br /> program , HOME Investment Partnership <br /> Program ( HOME ) , or other state or federal <br /> housing program . <br /> ( b ) Rehabilitation grants shall result in eligible <br /> housing for the following : <br /> 1 .
