A site plan conforming to Chapter 914 <br /> requirements <br /> ( e ) Criteria for accessory dwelling units : <br /> 1 . Accessory dwelling units shall be located only <br /> on lots which satisfy the minimum lot size <br /> requirement of the applicable zoning district . <br /> 2 . The accessory dwelling unit shall be clearly <br /> incidental to the principal dwelling and shall <br /> only be developed in conjunction with or after <br /> development of the principal dwelling unit . <br /> 74 <br />
