F'412 <br />A discussion was held with regard to the State Road Department establishing a road <br />I <br />side park <br />on the East <br />side <br />of the new U. S. <br />#1 South of the <br />Sebastian <br />River Bridge and a <br />publli <br />launching <br />ramp on the <br />West <br />side of the road <br />where the water <br />is deeper. <br />Upon Motion made <br />by J <br />Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried, the <br />Board requested the Attorney for the Board write to the State Road Department in this regard." <br />Mrs. Anne Christensen, County Welfare Case Worker made her report for the month <br />of January, 1959 and the same was ordered filed. <br />A letter was received and read from Mr. Ralph Wright requesting the refund of excess� <br />over the amount of taxes due on hisro ert , which sale was held Nov. 5, 1956 and said excess <br />P P Y <br />S, <br />deposited in the General Revenue of the County. Upon Motion made by Commissioner Hamilton, <br />d <br />seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried, the Board decided that the dil <br />Wrights' as former owners of Lot 7, Block 3, be paid from the,General Fund the total sum of <br />money paid by the Clerk to the General Fund of #369.91 less the sum of $4.00 to cover county uh <br />expense, or a total sum of $365.91 to be paid to the owners. <br />The Count Engineer y <br />County g gave a report on a meeting he attended in West Palm Beach dealing <br />with Subdivision regulations. <br />The following Notary Public Bonds were approved by Douglas Baker, Clerk in the amount <br />of $500.00 each, as provided by law. !j <br />Ross Graham w/ American Fire & Casualty Company as surety. <br />Alta Graves w/ Fidelity & Casualty 80. of N. Y. as surety. <br />Anne M. Shelton w/ St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Co. as surety. <br />Alice M. Roller W/ St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Co. as surety. <br />Charles W. Stone w/ American Surety Co. of N. Y. as surety. <br />Bertha Eisinger w/ American Surety.Co. of N. Y. as surety. <br />James R. Cassady w/ American Surety Co. of N. Y. as surety. <br />The several bills and accounts against the County, having been audited, were exam- <br />ined and found correct, were approved and warrants issued in settlement of same. Such bills <br />and accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, the warrants so <br />issued from the respective funds being listed in the Supplemental MinUe Book as provided by <br />the rules of the State Auditor, reference to such record and the list so recorded being made <br />a part of these minutes. <br />The County Depositories filed their monthly sta Cements, showing receipts and <br />disbursements of the various funds, which have been audited, were found to be correct. <br />There bine no further business, on motion made, seconded and carried, the Board <br />then adjourned. <br />CHAIRMAN <br />0 <br />1 <br />L7 <br />0 <br />1 <br />E <br />1 <br />1 <br />E <br />
