In order to be eligible for Independent <br /> Living Program services a child must be between the ages of 13 and 18 . Children 13 - 15 years of age <br /> are provided pre-independent living services, such as life skills training , educational support, <br /> employment training, counseling, relationship building, academic tutoring, and educational outings . <br /> Intensive services are offered to children ages 15 % to 18 .
