How will the target population be made aware of the program? <br /> The Coalition' s Resource and Referral staff informs clients of available services. Referral <br /> Specialists are located in the Vero Beach office and when needed will set up in other geographic <br /> locations within the neighborhood community. <br /> 5. How will the program be accessible to target population (i.e., location, transportation, <br /> hours of operation)? It is the intent of the Legislature that School Readiness Programs be <br /> operated on a full-day, year-round basis to the maximum extent possible to enable parents to <br /> work, and to attain and maintain financial self-sufficiency. Most centers and family child <br /> care homes are open between 6 : 30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. There are selected family child care <br /> providers that offer odd hour care at night and on weekends. <br /> 7 <br />
