Baseline: licenses following a year in the program have <br /> 2005 re-licensing reports (7 closures) . ecreased by 30 percent. <br /> Increase by 50 percent the number of Indian Goal Not Met. The average number of foster <br /> River County foster parents who attend monthly arents who attend the monthly Foster Parent <br /> Foster Parent Association meetings as reported Association is currently 12 parents . This has <br /> y monthly sign-in sheets . Baseline: 2005 increased 20 percent from the 2005 attendance <br /> attendance average (10 parents) . average of 10 parents.
