Experience/expertise in: <br /> istributing funding for the program, monitoring compliance regarding reporting <br /> and billing procedures, maintaining a "bank" of qualified therapists to serve families at a reduced <br /> hourly billing rate. <br /> Family & Center Resource Coordinator• On average 10 hours a week are devoted to the <br /> program. Experience/expertise in: assessing referrals, monitoring treatment plans, <br /> implementing program changes in the classroom, serving as a liaison among parents, therapists, <br /> and centers . <br /> Office Manager: On average 4 hours a week are devoted to the program. Experience/expertise <br /> in: processing invoices from providers, monitoring parent compliance regarding fee payments, <br /> checking family health insurance benefits. <br /> Center Recruitment Specialist None of the hours for this position are devoted to the <br /> Psychological Services Program, <br /> 5. How will the target population be made aware of the program? <br /> Childcare Resources families are made aware of the psychological support program during <br /> intake, at our orientation, and individually through the Family Resource Coordinator. Reminders <br /> are included in our monthly parent newsletter. We make a habit of having a contracting therapist <br /> available at orientation to introduce the program and encourage parent participation. h1 addition, <br /> center staffs are aware of the availability of the program and refer families in need. <br /> FRowll the program be accessible to target population (i.e., location, transportation, <br /> operation)? <br /> arameters of therapist specialty, there is parental choice. This enables a parent to <br /> rapist convenient to home or work. Some contracting therapists have evening and <br /> ointments available for Childcare Resources families. Some contracting therapistso hold individual therapy sessions at the child' s center. Parents <br /> unable to pay the $5 <br /> fee may have it waived through the Childcare Resources Program Committee. <br /> 6 <br />
