List your program's collaborative partners and the resources that they are providing to <br /> the program beyond referrals and support. (See individual funder requirements for <br /> inclusion of collaborative agreement letters.) <br /> Collaborative Agency Resources provided to the program <br /> Parent/Teacher Education Partnership 1 . Parent education classes are offered to families in <br /> of Indian River County, consisting of participating agencies and to the community at large. <br /> Childcare Resources, Early Learning 2. PTEP provides a forum in which members share <br /> Coalition, FDLRS, Head Start, pertinent information regarding families moving from <br /> RCMA, IRC School District, and program to program within the partnership. Early <br /> United Way of IRC childhood research, innovative program ideas, etc. are <br /> also shared. <br /> 3 . PTEP is a liaison between the county ' s childcare <br /> t1ndhanThe <br /> iders, helping centers remain abreast of "best <br /> tices" in early childhood education. <br /> tLeamingg <br /> Schooschool district tracks Childcare Resources children <br /> ugh their database with regard to school readiness. <br /> dcare Resources provides background information <br /> e school district regarding the children from our <br /> ram. <br /> tion oFamily & Center Resource Coordinator seryes on <br /> River, Martin and Okeechobee the Indian River County Advisory Committee for the <br /> Counties Early Learning Coalition. <br /> United Way Success BySix The Executive Director serves on the Success By Six <br /> committee committee. <br /> YMCA The Executive Director works closely with the staff of <br /> the YMCA in establishing a presence in Indian River <br /> County. It is hoped that at some point the YMCA will <br /> be able to provide quality childcare here as they do <br /> elsewhere. <br /> Association of Fundraising The Executive Director serves as Vice-President of this <br /> Professionals-Indian River Chapter organization. This provides networking and educational <br /> opportunities which directly benefit Childcare <br /> Resources. <br /> Agency Executives Forum-United The Executive Director served from Sept. 2005 to <br /> Way of Indian River County December 2006 as the Moderator of this body, <br /> facilitating quarterly meetings, etc. She continues to <br /> participate in these networking and educational <br /> meetings. <br /> 10 <br />
