Provide camper' s prescribed medications <br /> medications of enrolled ADHD campers by under the direction of a qualified professional <br /> 100% as reported by the 2004 medication (RN) and counselor to manage the medical <br /> chart records: Baseline: Medication chart on needs of each child daily <br /> each child <br /> 2 . To increase the ability to utilize coping skills 2 . Instruct & provide written feedback <br /> of enrolled ADHD campers to 100% as regarding camper' s coping strategies each day <br /> reported by daily feedback report by to parents. Parents respond on sheet and return <br /> counselors and returned next camp day with with signature <br /> parental signature. Baseline: Daily feedback <br /> report <br /> 3 . To increase the overall parental 3 . Instruct & provide 4 — 1 . 5 hour of education <br /> understanding of strategies on how to cope regarding strategies so that the parents can <br /> with their children' s maladaptive ADHD better manage the maladaptive behaviors of the <br /> behaviors by 100% as reported by parent post ADHD child <br /> education evaluation form . Baseline: Pre-class <br /> evaluation assessment. <br /> 4. To increase the ability to demonstrate, attend 4. Sr. Campers and Jr. Counselors will receive <br /> to and organize daily tasks assigned to Sr. up to three tokens, per hour for completion of <br /> Campers and Junior Counselors, to 80% of the organized daily tasks. <br /> time as reported by the behavior management <br /> system and daily feedback sheets.
