In completing the timetable, review information detailed in <br /> prior sections. <br /> Month/Period Activities <br /> January 2005 Confirm dates of camp and open house, contact marketing to update <br /> flyers for open house, call HR department to advertise for 6 counselor <br /> positions, review criteria <br /> February 2005 Review, update and print all camp forms (registration, releases, <br /> medications), update file systems, review budget <br /> March 2005 Mail open -house flyers, order behavior/reward system items, list and <br /> compose letter to potential field trip sites, set up interviews for <br /> counselor positions <br /> April 2005 Host open house (call employees to attend open house), send memo to <br /> food service requesting daily snacks for camp, secure rental vans for <br /> field trips, inventory and order art supplies, gym equipment, pool <br /> supplies, and games, order camp shirts for counselors, review <br /> registration forms, send out follow up letter to parents, set scholarship <br /> committee meeting to review and reward scholarships to applicants <br /> May 2005 Develop and finalize camp schedules, review and update 5 -day <br /> counselor training, review and update counselors schedule, research <br /> new ADHD information, secure dates and speakers for parenting <br /> classes, sort and stock point store, finalize camp registration forms, <br /> secure field trips by completing check requests <br /> June- July 2005 Week 1 Counselor training and Week 2 Camp begins, complete and <br /> distribute pre-evaluation for parenting classes, hold parenting sessions, <br /> continue to compile goals and outcomes, as well as charting <br /> information, hold daily pre and post counselor meetings <br /> of <br /> August 2005 Use feedback from counselors for planning and implementing (changes <br /> in the program and brainstorm new ideas for next year), complete <br /> counselor termination form, wrap up grant information (employee <br /> paycheck, cancelled checks, finance department) . <br /> 12 <br />
