ORGANIZATION CAPABILITY (Entire Section A not to exceed one page) <br /> 1 . Provide the mission statement and vision of your organization. <br /> Indian River Memorial Hospital strives to be the finest community based health care <br /> organization anywhere. Our values are compassion, respect, and teamwork. <br /> The Center for Emotional and Behavioral Health P, IRMH is committed to provide excellence in <br /> Mental Health Care to the individual and families while responding to the needs of the changing <br /> community. Our patients can expect quality care with dignity and professionalism through the <br /> collaborative efforts of the multidisciplinary team . We will continue to support the Quality First <br /> process while working together as a team . <br /> Group Therapy Program is committed to improving the lives of children and adolescents who are <br /> challenged by psychiatric disorders and/or behavioral problems . <br /> 2 . Provide a brief summary of your organization including areas of expertise, <br /> accomplishments, and population served. <br /> CEBH provides Mental Health services to children, adolescents and adults . Psychiatric clinicians <br /> are located in the Emergency Department of IRMH and provide a comprehensive psychiatric <br /> assessment to determine level of care for the community. In patient services are provided on a <br /> voluntary or involuntary basis to all three age groups . The facility also provides out-patient <br /> therapy for children/adolescents and their families , parenting classes, EAP services, urine drug <br /> screens/drug free workplace services, a summer camp (Camp Manatee Therapeutic Summer <br /> Camp) for ADHD children and Experiential (ROPES teambuilding) services to the community <br /> Group Therapy Program a treatment modality for Children and Adolescents who present with <br /> . psychiatric disorders and/or behavioral problems . Two therapists, one of whom must be <br /> licensed , who have expertise working with this population will co-facilitate these groups . These <br /> Group Therapy Programs will be coordinated by a licensed clinical psychologist . <br /> 5 <br />
