Position Listing on the Budget Narrative <br /> Worksheet). <br /> 1 ) Administrative Director must be a qualified instructor with administrative skills <br /> and experience ; working 40hrs . plus . <br /> 2) Administrative/ Staff Assistant must have supervisory skills, type, data entry, form <br /> statistical reports and work with both office staff & students . This person will work <br /> at least 40hrs./wk. <br /> 3) Clerical/staff assistant must have office skills and some bookkeeping knowledge. <br /> They will assist instructors and work up to 40hrs . / wks. <br /> 4) Two instructors ; one for each class, they must be qualified with BA. Degree and <br /> work 40 hrs. / wk. There position will be salaried. <br /> 5 . How will the target population be made aware of the program? <br /> Students and parents are given a Hope brochure at the time of their suspension . We will <br /> have T.V. and newspaper announcements . Posters placed on Middle and High School <br /> campuses .
