Areas of expertise include birth and maternal <br /> data analysis, program planning, development, implementation, and addressing gaps in MCH <br /> If services . The Coalition <br /> oahtion <br /> also serves as the lead a enc for Health Fama,hes IRC which provides intensive case <br /> primary , . <br /> k Id <br /> management to over 100 families each year since 1999, with the run goal of preventing child <br /> `abuse in at-risk families: The Coalition also oversees Healthy Start Care Coordination services <br /> in partnership with the Indian River County Healthy Department, which served over 500 families <br /> in 2003 . The Coalition launched a child safety campaign and became a Safe Kids Chapter in <br /> ` k January 2003 The vision of Safe Kids is to "Protect the children of our community . . • through <br /> I, education, outreach and If , involvement". The Safe Kids program focuses. on child <br /> ., , , . <br /> LA <br /> safety seat instruction, infant, home and bicycle safety education and initiatives.
