Organization: Exchange Club CASTLE Program: Valued Visits <br /> Funder: Children's Services AdvisoryCommittee RFN 2006061 <br /> G. TIMETABLE (Section G not to exceed one page) <br /> 51 . List the major action steps, activities, or cycles of events that will occur within the <br /> program year. New programs should include any start-up planning that may occur <br /> outside the funding year. In completing the timetable, review information detailed in <br /> 5r1 . <br /> sections. <br /> Mouth/Period Activities <br /> October 1 , 2006 Valued Visits is a continuing program and will be fully staffed and in <br /> full operation at the start of the contract year. Regarding the program <br /> operation: <br /> 1 . Families contact the program after receiving a court order for <br /> supervised visitation. <br /> 2 . Families are scheduled for a program orientation within seven days. <br /> 3 . Visits start as soon as both the non-residential and residential parent <br /> complete orientation. <br /> 4 . Supervised visits continue as scheduled on the court order. <br /> 5 . Visits are monitored for appropriateness of interactions and safety <br /> of the child. <br /> 6. Parents are offered parent education class as an adjunct to visits. <br /> 7. Visits are terminated when either party fails to comply with the <br /> rules of the program, or when the court deems that visits are no <br /> longer necessary. <br /> 13 <br />
