0 <br />1 <br />0 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />i <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said Robert W. Graves, chairman of this Board, <br />is further authorized and directed to deliver the said bonds to the Purchasers in New York <br />City, and accept the check of B. J. Van Ingen & Co., Inc., in payment therefor, and that <br />he is further authorized and directed to do any and all things necessary in order to comsumate <br />the execution and delivery_of-said_bonds, and the_recei_t_ofP <br />_the roceeds therefor. I <br />P <br />Mr. Sam T. Joyce, Sheriff appeared before the Board requesting a transfer of funds - <br />in his budget. Upon Motion made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner McCullers <br />and unanimously carried, the following Resolution was unanimously adopted: <br />R E S O L U T I O N <br />WHEREAS, there is a total surplus of $550.00 in the Fine & Forfeiture Fund of <br />Indian River County under some items and which surplus exists after the payment of all necess <br />expenditures under such items for the current fiscal year; and <br />WHEREAS, there is a deficiency in funds necessary to provide for the proper and <br />authorized expenditures under some items in the Fine and Forfeiture Fund; and <br />WHEREAS, said items mentioned are a part of the same fund and the transfer from one <br />item to another item in the same fund and is not a transfer from one fun -A to emother <br />therefQe ......'. :;; c1 <br />BE IT RESOLVED that there is herewith transferred the sum of $550.00 from some <br />items where there is a surplus to the items where there is a deficiency, according to detailed <br />statement attabhed, all in the Fine & Forfeiture Fund of the current budget of Indian River <br />County as provided by law. <br />Item to Item Transfers <br />EXPENDITURES <br />A/C <br />Name <br />316. Expense, Sheriff <br />To <br />$550.00 <br />TRANSFERS <br />From <br />$550.00 <br />The Deputy Clerk brought before the Board a bounty law which was passed in the <br />Legislature whereby the Board could elect or not as they wish to pay for $2.50 for rattlesnakesi <br />Upon Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Waddell and unanimously <br />carried, the Board resolved not to pay for rattlesnakes. <br />A letter was read from the Florida Development Commissioner requesting that the <br />4 6 <br />Board continue to Assist them in their aviation safety program. Upon Motion made by Commiss <br />Waddell, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and carried, the following Resolution was adopted: <br />RESOLUTION OF <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />On Motion of Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner McCullers, the follaaing <br />Resolution was duly adopted: <br />WHEREAS, under the provisions of Chapter 24045, Laws of Florida, Acts of 1947, as <br />jamended, all monies from registration of aircraft are collected by the Motor Vehicle <br />dCommissioner; and <br />
