1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />�J <br />1 <br />1 <br />0 <br />. -�. _ <br />WHEREAS, this Board has reviewed said invoices and finds them to be/reasonable <br />charge for the services performed; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF SAID COUNTY <br />that the following invoices be, and the same are, declared to be a proper expense incurred by <br />County for the acquisition of right of way for the construction of said road and the same are <br />hereby approved for payment: <br />RAILROAD: Florida East Coast Railway <br />AMOUNT: $57,400.00 <br />Cost Estimate attached <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD OF COUNTY CCMMISSIONERS, that the State Road <br />Department of Florida be, and it is hereby requested and authorized to pay said invoices out ofd <br />secondary funds accrued to the credit of this County. <br />Robert W. S. Goverment for approx. 74 acres which we recently purchased for a public park at <br />Roseland. Upon Motion made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commipsioner McCullers and <br />unanimously carried, the County receives, accepts and orders recorded the Quit -Claim Deed from <br />the United States of America acting by and through the Administrator of General Services to <br />Indian River County, Florida, of the parcel of land as described in said deed dated July 8th, <br />1959 to the limits, conditions, restrictions and requirements therein contained. <br />Troy E. Moody, presented his list of E & I real and personal property to the Board <br />and same was accepted upon Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner <br />Macdonald and unanimously carried. <br />Upon Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Waddell and <br />unanimously carried, the Board hereby orders public hearing be held, upon recommendation of thel <br />Planning and Zoning Commission, on the following: That the Zoning Map be changed in order <br />that the following described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />All of the area lying West of 6th Avenue, South of 11th Street, <br />East of an Extension of 7th Avenue and North of 10th. Street; <br />be changed from R-2, Single Familty District to C-1, Commerical District; provided that such <br />zoning shall become effective when Mr. Auxier obtains a permit for construction of a trailer <br />park in accordance with his plan submitted with his application for this change in zoning; <br />provided that such permit must be obtained within six months from the adoption of the Zoning <br />Resolution by the Board of County Commissioners, and provided that construction thereof must <br />be completed within one year thereafter. <br />
