RCMA <br /> is <br /> requesting 59 ,494 . 00 to offset the high cost of providing, services to infants and toddlers in the RCMA <br /> Whispering Pines Child Development Center . This center is accredited by the National Accreditation <br /> Commission or NAC which requires a low staff-to -child ratio With fiscal year 07 - 08 assistance from <br /> the CSAC RCMA was able to increase the number of infants toddlers and their families served from <br /> 58 to 80 This was an increase of 22 children In order to continue to serve this age group, <br /> which <br /> requires a low teacher to child ratio the continued financial support of CSAC is necessary .
