4 <br /> PRIVITY AGREEMENT <br /> CKA & Associates , Inc . . ("Contractor") , a Florida Cor,_poration as Contractor under that certain <br /> contract for : 2008 BaZree and Marbrisa Dune Restoration Project Contract # C07 -01 -041 , dated <br /> January 23 , 2007 with St .
