Contract Documents may be obtained by deposit of cash or check <br />made payable to Indian River County, in the amount of $20.00 for each set, which <br />represents cost of printing, and handling and which is non refundable. <br />Deadline for receipt of bids has been set for 2:00 P.M. on November 15, 2007. Only bids <br />received on or before the time and date listed will be considered. Bids mailed or hand <br />delivered should be addressed to Purchasing Division, 1800 27`h Street, Vero Beach, <br />Florida 32960. All bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00 PM.
