Errors: When an error is made in the bid extension of generating total bid prices or in any other process <br /> of completing the bid, the original unit prices submitted will govern. However, by virtue of bidding, the bidder accepts the right of other Florida <br /> Governmental agencies to purchase from this bid proposal . The successful bidder and the requesting <br /> Governmental agency, apart from Indian River County, shall handle any such purchases separately. <br /> �. When it is determined there is no competition to the <br /> lowest responsive bidder, evaluation of other bids is not required. The County also reserves the right to terminate this <br /> contract for convenience of the County and / or with or without cause . <br /> Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Bidder agrees that they will comply with all Federal, State, and <br /> Local Laws and Regulations applicable to the production, sale, and delivery of the goods or the furnishing <br /> of any labor or services called for by this order, and any provisions required thereby to be included herein <br /> shall be deemed to be incorporated herein by reference.
