RESOLUTION
<br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, did after public hearing make its final report recommending
<br />changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County,
<br />Florida; and,
<br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended
<br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hearing in
<br />relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; Now,
<br />therefore,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
<br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following
<br />described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />All of Block 8 of the tentative plat of Indian River
<br />Highlands, located in the North half of Section 5,
<br />Township 32 South, Range 39 East;
<br />be changed from R -1, Single Family District, to C - 1 A, Restricted Commer
<br />cial District.
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following
<br />described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />All of Blocks 9 and 14, and all of Lots 6 to 11,
<br />inclusive, of Block 23, and all of Lots 22 through
<br />27, inclusive, Block 7, of the tentative plat of
<br />Indian River Highlands, located in the North
<br />half of Section 5, Township 32 South, Range 39
<br />East;
<br />be changed from R -1, Single Family District, to R-2 A, Multiple Family
<br />District.
<br />3. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following
<br />described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />The North 230 feet and the West 230 feet of the
<br />East half of the Southeast quarter of Section 11,
<br />Township 33 South, Range 39 East;
<br />be changed from M-1, Industrial District, to G-1, Commercial District.
