2. That the Chairman and Clerk of this Board are herewith <br />authorized and directed to make, execute and deliver the warrant of said <br />County, drawn upon the Indian River County Public Hospital Fund established <br />from the proceeds of the sale of said bonds and to do any and all things neces- <br />sary in order to consummate said purchase by this County and to pay the pur- <br />chase price and to receive and have recorded the deed, bill of sale and other <br />documents transferring the title to all of said property to Indian River County. <br />3. That said purchase shall be made as of October 1, 1959, .and <br />that effective on that date, the same shall become the Indian River County <br />Public Hospital under the management, direction and control and to be operatec <br />and maintained by the Board of Trustees of the Indian River County Public <br />Hospital under the provisions of Chapter 155, Florida Statutes. <br />The Board of Trustees of the Indian River County ?ublic Hospital <br />also presented a resolution authorizing :payments L)e made to E. 7, . i"?etto, <br />Contractor and tA'iili_am G. Taylor, Architect of the Hospital. Addi.tion. Unon <br />Ootion made by Commi_ssioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner .,.cC;ullers <br />and unans_mousl.y carried, the fol.lowing Resolution was adopted: <br />RESOLUTION <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Indian River County <br />Public Hospital and the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did heretofore enter into a contract with E. M. Netto for <br />the construction of certain additions to the Indian River County Public Hosf <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, under the terms of said contract, there is now due <br />and payable to E. M. Netto the sum of $37,037. 14, which payment has been <br />certified as correct by William G. Taylor, the architect heretofore employed <br />in connection with the construction of said additions; and, <br />WHEREAS, under the terms of employment of said William G. <br />Taylor, architect, there is now due and payable to said architect the sum of <br />$5, 929.00; and, <br />WHEREAS, itemized statements of said accounts and certificates <br />supporting the same have been heretofore submitted to this Board; Now, <br />therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the above accounts payable are herewith <br />authorized and approved and payment therefor shall be forthwith made from <br />the Indian River County Public Hospital Fund established by the sale of bonds <br />pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 155, Florida Statutes. <br />
