2 Develop DCA Monitoring Reports, Organize and Attend Monitoring Fee <br /> Site Visits <br /> DCA staff usually conducts a monitoring visit prior to the start of <br /> construction. Other visits may be scheduled when the project is 50% to <br /> 100% completed . Andy Easton & Associates will prepare for and attend <br /> all monitoring visits as may be required by DCA. In addition, we will <br /> prepare the required response from the County on any issues , findings <br /> or concerns that DCA may have as a result of the visit . <br /> $ 7 , 000 <br /> 3 Proiect Administration — Programmatic Fee <br /> Andy Easton & Associates will ensure that project activities , <br /> components , documents and procedures conform to CDBG regulations . <br /> Activities in this regard shall include, but not be limited to coordinating <br /> with the engineer on grant requirements for the bid documents , ensuring <br /> that the County follows its adopted and CDBG required procurement <br /> policies for construction services . Coordinating with the County to <br /> ensure that project milestones, budgets and accomplishments (and grant <br /> amendments) are taking place as planned . Ordering the wage decision, <br /> conducting the pre construction conference . Ensuring that the <br /> contractor makes adequate efforts to hire minority subcontractors . <br /> 25 <br />
