SECTION 01220 <br /> .r <br /> PROGRESS MEETINGS <br /> 1 . 1 SCOPE <br /> A . Date and Time : <br /> 1 . Regular Meetings : As mutually agreed upon by ENGINEER and r <br /> CONTRACTOR . <br /> 2 , Other Meetings : On call . <br /> B . Place : CONTRACTOR' S office at Project site or other mutually agreed upon <br /> location . <br /> C . ENGINEER shall prepare agenda , preside at meetings , and prepare and <br /> distribute a transcript of proceedings to all parties . .. <br /> D . CONTRACTOR shall provide data required and be prepared to discuss all items <br /> on agenda <br /> 1 . 2 MINIMUM ATTENDANCE <br /> A . CONTRACTOR +` <br /> B .
